Lifetime Warranty:
One year (except hull, artificial damage, burn bad) .
All Ladagogo products are warrantied for the lifetime of the product subject to the following warranty exceptions
Damaged Item / Low Quality
For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality or the damaged area of the item.
Custom Made Products
The above exchange and return policy does not apply to custom made products.
All of our custom made products are created fully or in part based on information specific to each individual customer thus have no resell value.
As a result, we will NOT ACCEPT the return of such products unless they are damaged.
In such case, please make your claim within 10 days of receiving your products by emailing us at: [email protected] and attach the photos of products as well as proof of purchase.
Non-Warranty Repairs
If a product becomes damaged through no fault of materials or workmanship and hence is not covered by the lifetime warranty, then Ladagogo service agent will attempt to assist customers with their requirements.
Warranty Exceptions:
♦ All electrical items, these carry a 1 year warranty.
♦ Any warranty claim arising from product accidental damage, misuse, alteration, neglect, incorrect installation or failure to use the product under normal operating conditions and in line with LaDagogo operation instructions.
♦ Costs relating to the packaging, transport, collection and return of faulty goods – all product returns to be suitably packaged to protect units from damage in transit.
♦ Damage caused by lightning, water, fire, acts of god, public disturbances, terrorism, incorrect power supplies, power shortages, unusual physical or electrical stress, or any other cause beyond the control of LaDagogo.
Your cooperation
A. If the USB HUB/charger or eletronics exists the problem, the buyer should provide the proof to us, we need to confirm the problem.
B. We can provide the free spare parts as per the specific conditions, but the buyer should bear the shipment freight. In addition, if the problem from hull, artificial damage, burn bad, the spare parts and shipment freight that the buyer should bear.
