    1. Send us an inquiry directly to our sales email address [email protected] .Our salesteam will respond within 24 hours (max), cause some inquiries may arrive us during our night.
    2. Choose the items and confirm order details, such as quantity, package, shipping method,as well as other special requests,we will introduce the suitable type and offer the competitive price to you!
    3. Issue a PI(Proforma Invoice) for clients to finalize the order and pay.The PI includes Buyercontact details, order details, sales conditions, and bank account info. After client confirms the PI, we will get the 30% deposit or 100% T/T in advance to arrange the production, it depends on the value of goods.
    4. We have strictly management from materials to the production, start mass production assoon as payment arrives to our company bank account and test before delivery.
    5. Follow-up status of goods from the shipping date by tracing number until client get thegoods.

    After-sales service

    If any faulty pieces during our warranty period(not include man-made damage), we will replace or repair it during the time agreed by both parties.
